Copilot Studio Technical SME / Senior Developer

Are you passionate about shaping the future of AI-powered solutions? We're looking for an experienced Copilot Studio Technical SME / Senior Developer to play a key role in building and maturing enterprise AI capabilities using Microsoft's Power Platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence AI strategy, establish best practices, and deliver scalable, production-ready Copilot Studio solutions within a large and complex enterprise environment.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions.
• Drive the adoption and maturity of AI delivery capabilities across the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Develop reusable AI patterns, governance standards, and reference architectures.
• Provide technical leadership across conversation design, prompt engineering, orchestration, and AI solution delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, security, and platform teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant.
• Review and assure vendor-delivered solutions while mentoring internal teams to uplift Copilot Studio capability.
• Support solution deployment, operational readiness, and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), and ideally Dynamics 365.
• Strong expertise in enterprise AI solution delivery, conversational AI, prompt engineering, and intelligent agent development.
• Experience with Azure AI Services, Microsoft AI Foundry, and integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs and connectors.
• Knowledge of DevOps, ALM, governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Proven experience establishing AI delivery frameworks, governance models, and scalable support practices.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to provide technical leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance.
• Previous experience in a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or SME capacity within a large enterprise environment is highly regarded.
