Power Platforms Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Engineer/Lead to join a high-performing team responsible for the ongoing development, governance, and optimisation of an enterprise-wide Microsoft Power Platform environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enabling business users to build innovative solutions while ensuring platform security, compliance, and operational excellence. You will work closely with engineering teams, security specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions that support organisational objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop, enhance, and maintain solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Contribute to the management and evolution of the enterprise Power Platform ecosystem.
• Design and implement integrations leveraging Azure services and modern cloud capabilities.
• Support platform governance initiatives, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices.
• Partner with security, risk, and compliance teams to assess and address potential platform risks.
• Provide technical guidance to stakeholders and support the broader adoption of Power Platform technologies across the organisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable business solutions.
• Assist in improving deployment processes, automation, and development practices using GitHub and related tooling.

About You

• Proven experience designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of GitHub, including version control, branching strategies, and deployment workflows.
• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
• Solid understanding of platform governance, security controls, compliance requirements, and risk management principles.
• Ability to balance hands-on engineering with broader platform ownership responsibilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working within large enterprise environments will be highly regarded.
• Exposure to AI-related technologies or Microsoft Copilot capabilities is advantageous but not essential.
