The Opportunity

- Lead and develop a team of Business Partners, Talent Acquisition professionals and People Services specialists.
- Drive workforce planning, organisational capability and leadership development initiatives.
- Provide guidance across employee and industrial relations matters, partnering with specialist experts where required.
- Support transformation programs, change initiatives and the ongoing evolution of people systems and processes.
- Champion a collaborative, commercially focused and customer-oriented People function.
You are an experienced HR leader who combines strong commercial judgement with a pragmatic and people-focused approach.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated success leading a multidisciplinary HR or People team.
- Broad experience across business partnering, talent acquisition, employee relations and organisational development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders constructively.
- Experience operating within complex, matrixed or geographically dispersed organisations.
- A practical understanding of employment and industrial relations frameworks.
- A track record of leading teams through growth, transformation or operational change.
