HR Business Partner

A well established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team during a pivotal period of change and growth.
Based at a unionised manufacturing site in Melbourne's northern suburbs, you'll play a key role in supporting leaders through Enterprise Agreement negotiations, providing practical industrial relations advice, and helping maintain positive workforce relationships.

This is an opportunity to step into a visible, hands-on role where you can make an immediate impact while partnering closely with operational leaders and employees across the site.

About You

You will be a pragmatic and approachable HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and building credibility on the ground. You'll bring:

• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial or blue-collar environment
• Exposure to Enterprise Agreement negotiations and union engagement
• Strong employee and industrial relations capability
• The ability to influence, coach and support leaders through complex people matters
• A commercial mindset balanced with a people-centred approach
