主な業務内容

  • 顧客プロジェクトの検証活動のマネジメント 

  • グローバルバリデーションチームやその他の主要なステークホルダーとの連携と関係構築 

  • テスト結果および担当プロジェクトのステータスとプランニングの管理 

  • 顧客要件に応じた試験方法の修正提案の管理 

  • 技術文書、試験記録、試験装置等のプロセス構築、管理

  • バリデーション活動に関する JOEM 顧客とのインターフェイスのステータス管理

  • 製品のスコープやタイミングに関連する部分の顧客インターフェイス

  • コンピテンシーリーダーと一緒に問題解決を促進し、Win-Win の解決に導く

  • ピープルマネジメント

    • 直属の部下を指導・管理し、その業績評価と育成を行う 

    • ファンクションリーダー/スーパーバイザー(マトリックスレポート)と連携し、リーダーのパフォーマンス 評価と開発をサポートする

    • メンバーの評価と能力開発を支援する

    • 組織の目標やコミットメントを伝える

    • 人事活動に参加する

    • チームメンバーを育成するためのコーチおよびメンターとして重要な役割を果たす

    • プロジェクトのキャパシティリソース管理

Requirements

  • 条件

  • チームマネジメントの経験 (3年以上)

  • マネージャーとして行動し、結果を出すことに対してチームメンバーに強い熱意を醸成できる方

  • 顧客対応経験 

  • 自身の行動に対して高い責任感を持ち、オーナーとして行動できる方

  • 製品バリデーションプロセスに関する知識 

  • 英語と日本語でのコミュニケーション能力(共にビジネスレベル)

  • 日本の自動車運転免許

  • 推奨条件

    • 工学修士号、または学士号取得後、関連する実務経験を有する方

    • 製品開発プロセスの知識

    • Matlab、C 言語、CAN などの使用経験
