We’re partnering with an established business to find an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a broad and varied function.
You’ll take ownership of strategy across brand, product, digital, campaigns and events, while leading and developing the marketing team.
Working closely with Sales, Product and senior leadership, you’ll play an important role in strengthening the brand, bringing new products to market and delivering activity that supports continued business growth.
You’ll also have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, shape the direction and see the impact of your work across the business.

What you’ll be doing
- Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy
- Lead, mentor and develop the wider team
- Drive brand positioning and identify new opportunities
- Plan and deliver product launches and integrated campaigns
- Oversee digital activity across SEO, SEM, email, social and web
- Develop targeted B2B campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation
- Oversee content and collateral across digital and traditional channels
- Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs
- Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions and customer events
- Manage relationships with suppliers, agencies and key stakeholders
- 2+ years’ experience managing a marketing team
- Experience developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies
- Experience across product launches and integrated campaigns
- A commercial mindset and ability to work closely with Sales
- Strong digital marketing knowledge across web, SEO, SEM, email and social
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within a product-led, manufacturing, wholesale, trade or related environment will be highly regarded
