Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (BSA) – Events Management & Salesforce Platform Expert

Required Skills:

• Proven hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform, including core objects, permissions, roles, hierarchies, and platform functionality
• Demonstrated success as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Consultant, or similar role
• Expertise in gathering, documenting, and validating detailed business and functional requirements
• Strong business process analysis, workflow design, and requirements translation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and technical teams
• Experience working across multiple SaaS applications, understanding data exchange and system integrations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification or equivalent experience
• Experience integrating third-party SaaS applications with Salesforce, especially event-management or marketing platforms
• Background with Salesforce reporting, forecasting, and data management
• Familiarity with event-management SaaS platforms such as Cvent, marketing tools, or customer-data platforms
• Previous experience in a product owner or business analyst capacity within a SaaS environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce business analysis, process improvement, or system integration roles

• This is a remote, contract role primarily operating within the Eastern Time Zone
• Flexibility to work independently and adapt quickly to new business environments
• Ability to understand and analyze complex business workflows and translate them into Salesforce platform solutions
• Willingness to review technical documentation and assist in the evaluation of SaaS integrations
