Product Manager

Job Title: Product Manager – Finance Applications (Remote, 6-Month Contract)

Overview:
Are you a seasoned Product Manager with a passion for financial systems and enterprise technology? We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead the strategic direction and execution of our client’s Finance Applications ecosystem during a pivotal leave cover. In this role, you will drive automation, enhance operational risk mitigation, and scale enterprise financial systems to support rapid growth. Collaborating across finance, engineering, and business teams within an agile environment, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming financial processes through innovative solutions. Required Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report business processes, including billing, collections, revenue management, and month-end accounting.
• 3+ years’ system administration experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, and familiarity with finance applications like Workiva, Zip, Coupa, Kyriba, and Floqast.
• 2+ years of experience specifically with NetSuite Billing and Financial Reporting.
• Proven experience implementing ERP systems and managing integrations via middleware tools such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
• Solid understanding of SOX compliance and experience working with internal/external auditors.
• Ability to develop detailed product management artifacts, including functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and business process maps.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of troubleshooting and resolving production issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Kyriba, treasury management, and OTC transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Zip, Ironclad, and multi-country multi-currency ERP implementations.
• Background working within the tech industry and knowledge of multi-platform integrations involving Salesforce, Stripe, and payment processing tools.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years working in a product management or system administration role within a financial or enterprise technology environment.
• Experience working at a public company is a plus.
