Hardware Metier Manager (ADAS)

Mission:
- Ensure that the delivered Hardware device fulfills the R&D related stakeholder requirements.
- Works with the Hardware Lead Engineer at component level.
- JOEM(Honda Nissan) communicate and support in Japanese.
- Front Camera Product Field Warranty technical support

Responsibilities：
Accountable for :

• Ensures smooth communication between the core Hardware R&D Team and customer in regards to a Hardware related topics at communication level.
• Works on inside the Hardware scope of the component project using a Hardware architecture.
• Confirms the content Releases (internal and to the customer) on request of the Hardware Lead.
• In case of deviations defines countermeasures together with the Hardware Lead and core team.
• Clarify Hardware Requirement, evaluation / development of Hardware components.
• Support design of Hardware features and requirements according to the company standards based on customer’s request.
• Help to get consensus for both customer and the company R&D at overseas sites.
• Required translation of technical documents for understanding by overseas team.
• Must have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to work with customers effectively.
• Includes Fusa aspects in all ( if applicable) Hardware activities according to safety plan.
• Vehicle test support in the Customer sight. Especially EMC testing and counter measures.

以下を担当します。

• コミュニケーションレベルでのハードウェア関連のトピックに関して、コアハードウェアR&Dチームと顧客間の円滑なコミュニケーションを確保する。
• ハードウェアアーキテクチャを使用したコンポーネントプロジェクトのハードウェアスコープ内での作業。
• ハードウェア・リードの要求に応じて、コンテンツ・リリース（社内および顧客向け）の確認を行う。
• 逸脱があった場合、ハードウェアリードやコアチームと一緒に対策を立てる。
• ハードウェア要求を明確にし、ハードウェアコンポーネントの評価・開発を行う。
• 顧客の要求に基づいて、会社の標準に従ってハードウェアの機能と要件の設計をサポートする。
• 海外拠点でのお客様と会社の研究開発部門とのコンセンサスを得るためのサポートを行う。
• 海外のチームが理解できるように、技術文書の翻訳が必要。
• お客様と効果的に仕事をするためには、優れたコミュニケーションスキルと強い対人関係スキルが必要。
• 安全計画に基づいて、すべての（該当する場合）ハードウェア活動にフサの側面を含める。
• カスタマーサイトでの車両テストサポート。特にEMC試験とその対策。
• ドキュメントの作成。文書作成：ホンダFTA、ホンダデザインレビューシート、日産NDS

Requirements

• Engineering Degree / MSEE BSEE in Engineering or Equivalent.
• English : Fluent
• Japanese : Fluent (Preferred)

• エンジニアリングの学位／MSEE BSEE、または同等のもの。
• 英語：流暢
• 日本語：流暢 (望ましい)

• More than 3years experience in Tier 1 / OEM and development experience.
• Knowledge about Driving Assistance Product and Radar, Lidar,
• Experience in Vehicle Electronics product Hardware design. Prefer to have Design skill for SMPS, uC peripheral circuit , MIPI andCAN.
• Prefer to have system knowledge and experience.
• On site customer support experience in the automotive products ・Experience in the customer requirements and specification management.
• Ability to travel at least 30% of time with possible
• Experience for schematic CAD, PCB CAD, Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyser ( CANoue preferable).

• Tier 1 / OEM で 3 年以上の開発経験があること。
• 運転支援製品、レーダー、ライダー、カメラセンサー、超音波技術に関する知識を有する方
• 車両エレクトロニクス製品のハードウェア設計の経験。SMPS、uC 周辺回路、MIPI および CAN の設計スキルを有することが望ましい。
• システムの知識と経験がある方を歓迎します。
• 車載製品の開発におけるオンサイト・カスタマーサポート経験者
• 30%以上の出張能力（海外出張の可能性あり
• 回路図CAD、PCB CAD、オシロスコープ、スペクトラムアナライザー（CANoueが望ましい）の経験がある方
