Das Marketing- und Sales-Team befindet sich im Aufbau und arbeitet eng verzahnt am Hamburger Standort. Deine Rolle:
Als Content Creator übernimmst du die inhaltliche Verantwortung entlang der gesamten Leadgenerierung. Du arbeitest generalistisch, mit klarem Schwerpunkt auf Text, Konzept und Performance. Dabei bist du tief im Produkt und in den Branchenthemen verankert und entwickelst Inhalte, die messbar zur Pipeline beitragen.
 

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Content-Strategien mit Fokus auf Leadgenerierung
• Texterstellung für Website, Social Media und Kampagnen Short Form und Long Form
• Konzeption und Erstellung von Lead Magnets und Lead Funnels Whitepaper, Webcasts, Videos, etc.
• Entwicklung von Video-Content inklusive Skripten, Storylines und Voice-Over-Konzepten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Media, Automation, Art Direction, PR und Event
• Performanceorientierte Weiterentwicklung von Inhalten auf Basis von KPIs und Leadzahlen
• Redaktionsplanung und Content-Umsetzung für LinkedIn und YouTube inklusive Ads
• Teilnahme an Messen und Events mit inhaltlicher Begleitung
• Eigenständige Nutzung KI-gestützter Tools zur Content-Produktion

 

Ihr Profil:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Content Creator, Content Manager oder vergleichbar im B2B-Umfeld
• Sehr starke Textkompetenz und inhaltliche Konzeptionsfähigkeit
• Erfahrung mit Leadgenerierung, Funnels und performanceorientiertem Content
• Sicher im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Content-Formaten Text, Video, Multimedia
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Proaktivität und Qualitätsanspruch
• Fähigkeit, sich schnell und tief in komplexe Produkte und Branchen einzuarbeiten
• B2B-Kenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
• Erfahrung in SaaS, Robotics oder Drohnen ist ein großer Vorteil, aber kein Muss
