Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betrieb und Administration von Office und Collaboration Anwendungen
  • Analyse des Systemverhaltens sowie Bearbeitung komplexer Störungen
  • Anpassung von Konfigurationen und Installationsroutinen
  • Entwicklung von Umgehungs und dauerhaften Lösungen
  • Konfiguration und Bereitstellung virtueller Software
  • Durchführung des 3rd Level Supports
  • Fehleranalyse und Nachstellung in Testumgebungen
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen, FAQs und Wissensdatenbankeinträgen
  • Begleitung von Releases und Changes
  • Qualitätssicherung bei Installation und Betrieb von Softwareprodukten
  • Know how Transfer an interne Mitarbeitende

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration von Office oder Collaboration Plattformen
  • Erfahrung im 3rd Level Support und in der Fehleranalyse
  • Kenntnisse in Softwarebereitstellung und Installationsroutinen
  • Erfahrung im Change und Release Management
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
