A leading global provider of integrated facilities management services is seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to join a newly established service hub supporting a major aviation precinct. This organisation delivers essential operational support across critical environments including airports, healthcare, government, and infrastructure, ensuring safety, reliability, and seamless service delivery around the clock.
About the role As a Customer Service Officer within the Facilities Helpdesk team, you will be the first point of contact for incoming service requests. You will be responsible for triaging, logging, and coordinating work orders across multiple stakeholders including technicians, subcontractors, and facilities managers.
Working in a 24/7 operational environment, you will ensure requests are accurately recorded, prioritised, and resolved in line with service level agreements.
About You
- Experience in a helpdesk, customer service (retail or hospo), call centre, or facilities coordination role
- Proficient administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong general computer skills with ability to quickly learn new systems and software
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in 24/7 or shift-based environments is an advantage
- Fully remote role after onsite training in Mascot
- Hourly rate of $34.15 per hour + super + penalty rates
