About the Role
This is a rare opportunity for a Talent Acquisition professional to step into a newly created role and make their mark within a highly successful and growing organisation. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this newly created Talent Acquisition Lead role offers the opportunity to build, shape and elevate Talent Acquisition across the organisation.

You'll be trusted to lead Talent Acquisition across the business, partnering closely with leaders to attract exceptional talent and support future growth. You'll have the opportunity to influence how recruitment is delivered, introduce new ideas and help create a best-practice Talent Acquisition function.

This role will suit someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Beyond managing recruitment activity, you'll play a key role in shaping hiring approaches, enhancing employer brand initiatives, strengthening stakeholder capability and creating exceptional candidate experiences that set the business apart.

Key Areas of Focus Include:
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of blue and white-collar roles
  • Partnering with leaders to support workforce planning and future hiring needs
  • Building talent pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent
  • Enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience across the recruitment lifecycle
  • Strengthening employer brand initiatives and talent attraction strategies
  • Developing recruitment tools, interview frameworks and resources to support hiring capability
  • Providing market insights and talent intelligence to inform recruitment decisions
  • Reviewing and improving recruitment processes, systems and ways of working
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance hiring outcomes and recruitment effectiveness
  • Building trusted relationships across a broad and diverse stakeholder group
  • Supporting broader people initiatives across attraction, onboarding and retention
About You
You'll be an experienced TA Business Partner or Specialist who genuinely enjoys building relationships and partnering with stakeholders to achieve great outcomes. Genuine, down-to-earth and driven, you'll be comfortable influencing leaders, managing competing priorities and identifying opportunities to improve the way recruitment is delivered.

To be successful, you'll bring:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within Talent Acquisition 
  • Experience recruiting across diverse workforces, including both blue and white-collar roles
  • Experience within a fast-paced owner-led or SME business is highly regarded
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups 
  • Strong direct sourcing capability and experience building talent pipelines
  • Experience managing recruitment agencies and external suppliers, while driving direct sourcing outcomes
  • Experience improving recruitment processes, systems or ways of working
  • Exposure to employer branding, talent attraction, workforce planning or EVP initiatives
  • A passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
