Full job description
Reporting into the Head of People & Culture Operations, you will act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring leaders, delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions across a range of technical and corporate positions. A significant focus of the role will be building talent pipelines, leveraging sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, driving employee referrals and identifying innovative approaches to attract hard-to-find talent.
The organisation is looking to strengthen its internal recruitment capability and reduce reliance on external agencies. As such, this role will suit someone who enjoys tackling recruitment challenges, thinking creatively and exploring every avenue to secure talent before engaging external suppliers.
In addition to recruitment delivery, you will take ownership of the intern and graduate programs, with the opportunity to redesign and enhance the early careers experience. This includes supporting graduate recruitment campaigns, development initiatives, rotations, workshops and future talent planning.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will have the opportunity to influence hiring outcomes, build strong internal relationships and contribute to a more strategic and proactive talent acquisition function.

Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of technical and corporate roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide market insights.
- Develop and maintain talent pools and talent pipelines through proactive sourcing activities.
- Conduct talent mapping and direct candidate engagement for specialist and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Analyse recruitment data and talent metrics to inform hiring strategies and improve outcomes.
- Identify creative and innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
- Reduce agency expenditure through effective direct sourcing and talent attraction initiatives.
- Manage intern and graduate recruitment programs from attraction through to onboarding.
- Support the redesign and ongoing development of early careers initiatives and intake processes.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business and influence hiring decisions.
- Approximately 4-5 years' recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting white-collar professional roles across technical or corporate disciplines.
- Background within professional services, consulting, property, construction or another project-based environment highly regarded.
- Strong sourcing capability with demonstrated success in proactive recruitment and talent mapping.
- Experience partnering closely with stakeholders and influencing hiring outcomes.
- Comfortable operating in a standalone or small-team environment.
- Highly organised, structured and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Motivated self-starter who takes initiative and ownership.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to navigate changing business needs.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust with stakeholders.
- Commercially minded with a focus on driving direct hiring outcomes.
- Passion for creating innovative talent attraction and early careers strategies.
- Experience managing or supporting graduate and internship programs will be highly regarded.
