About the role:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries
- Manage requests received via email and online platforms
- Process customer bookings, orders and service requests
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex matters when required
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
- Complete general administration and data entry
About you:
- Previous customer service, administration, reception or call centre experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office and customer management systems
- Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Professional, positive and customer-focused attitude
- Willing and able to complete a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and police check
