The Role
This is an aftermarket sales role focused on account management and opportunity development across an existing installed base. The territory covers Leinster and Connacht Midlands depending on the candidate, with Dublin, Leinster, Galway, or the Midlands all workable locations. This is a field-based position, with 3–4 days on the road.
You will be responsible for selling service contracts, planned maintenance agreements, and aftermarket solutions, including filters, elements, parts, and broader service support. The role is consultative and relationship-led, with regular contact across maintenance engineers and technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing an established customer base.
- Selling service contracts and planned maintenance agreements.
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within live accounts.
- Working closely with maintenance and technical teams on site.
- Maintaining strong activity levels and pipeline discipline.
- Delivering a high level of service and commercial follow-through.

The Person
The client is looking for someone with B2B sales experience, ideally from an aftermarket, technical, industrial, or service-based background. They are open on exact product experience, but want someone commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable spotting opportunities.
You will ideally be:
- Strong at relationship building.
- A business hunter
- Self-motivated and accountable.
- Confident working independently.
- Able to upsell and develop existing accounts.
- Interested in a technical sales environment.
A technical background would also be considered, provided you genuinely want to move into sales and bring the right attitude and drive.
The Package
- Base salary up to €55,000 depending on experience.
- OTE circa €18,500, with commission paid monthly after invoicing.

Location
The role covers Leinster and Connacht Midlands depending on the candidate. Dublin, Leinster, Galway, or the Midlands are all workable locations, with a field-based setup and 3–4 days on the road each week.
