The Role

A Site Engineer role supporting the delivery of construction and energy projects. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and play a key role on site.

  • Support day-to-day site operations and project delivery
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works run smoothly
  • Monitor progress against programme and report on performance
  • Carry out quality checks and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Manage site documentation, permits and records
  • Ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards
  • Attend site meetings and support communication with stakeholders
  • Assist with project close-out and as-built records


The Person

This role suits a Site Engineer with experience across construction, civil or utility projects.

  • Background as a Site Engineer or similar
  • Experience in construction, civil or utility projects
  • Solar or renewable energy experience is ideal, not essential
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar (other disciplines considered)
  • Strong understanding of site processes and project delivery
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with site teams
  • Organised with a strong eye for detail
