Marketing Manager

My client is a fast‑growing non‑bank lender helping Australian businesses unlock cash flow, flexibility and confidence - supporting thousands of SMEs through billions of dollars in funded transactions.

This role is about converting marketing activity into measurable commercial results by equipping partners with the tools, campaigns and experiences they need to confidently promote our solutions.

You’ll design and deliver high‑impact sales enablement content, run partner and broker campaigns, and strengthen brand presence with the audiences that drive originations.

This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role suited to someone who enjoys building assets sales teams actually use and seeing direct impact from their work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create and maintain high‑impact sales enablement materials including pitch decks, product guides, flyers, case studies and training resources
• Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships to identify gaps in the sales journey and develop assets that improve conversion
• Own the partner EDM strategy, delivering campaigns into broker and partner databases
• Develop and execute co‑marketing initiatives with key partners to generate inbound demand
• Provide partners with ready‑to‑use marketing kits they can deploy to their own customer bases
• Plan and deliver partner events, broker sessions, roundtables and industry activations
• Act as the main point of contact for partner‑facing events and experiences
• Track, report and optimise marketing activity based on commercial outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, sales enablement or partner/channel marketing
• Experience in financial services, non‑bank lending or the broker market (highly regarded)
• Strong capability in developing sales collateral that drives action and conversion
• Experience running partner or broker marketing campaigns
• Proven experience managing digital and in‑person events or partner activations
• Hands‑on experience with Canva and email marketing platforms
  (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience highly desirable)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to work closely with Sales teams
• Highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable working at pace
