Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential conveyancing transactions from contract through to settlement
- Prepare and review conveyancing documentation
- Liaise with clients, agents, brokers, solicitors and relevant authorities
- Conduct property searches and ensure all compliance requirements are met
- Coordinate settlements and manage critical deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
- Maintain accurate file notes and records
Skills and Experience
- Current Registration as a Conveyancer in South Australia
- Previous end-to-end conveyancing experience
- Strong understanding of South Australian property legislation and processes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
