About the role
As a Tenancy Officer, you will play a key role in managing tenancies and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. You will work directly with tenants to facilitate their housing needs while contributing to the organisation's mission of providing stable and affordable housing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of properties
- Liaise with tenants to address concerns and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of tenancy activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support tenants effectively
