About the role
Join our Customer Support Team and be part of a major project in Adelaide. You'll work closely with the training team to help workers and contractors get started successfully, supporting the smooth delivery of project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
  • Help manage worker compliance requirements
  • Keep records and information up to date
  • Take meeting notes and share key actions
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Prepare and check project documents
  • Work with the training and support teams
  • Attend meetings and provide updates
  • Create and update training materials
  • Help track project tasks and deadlines
  • Support training activities and assist with troubleshooting.
