- Analyze inventory data to ensure accurate valuation of raw materials, work-in-process, finished goods, and customer inventory for financial reporting
- Prepare month-end journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses
- Reconcile warehouse inventory systems with the accounting system
- Lead physical inventory counts, investigate variances, and process inventory adjustments
- Perform inventory aging analysis and recommend or process necessary adjustments
- Maintain and improve standard cost processes and methodologies
- Calculate, review, and update standard costs to ensure accurate inventory valuation
- Review, calculate, and update customer pricing as required
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
- Lead special projects and participate on continuous improvement teams as assigned
- Minimum of three years of experience in Accounting, Inventory, or Logistics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and drive issue resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization and with global counterparts
- Ability to travel as needed
