Job description:
1) Monitor QCSD at the production site on a daily basis and find areas for improvement.
2) Formulate plans to implement the improvements found and issue improvement instructions to the person in charge.
3) Manage the progress and results of improvement plans
4) Feedback of findings and requests for improvement at the production site to the relevant departments.
Requirements
Skills/experience required:
Experience of working in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment (at least 3 years).
Leadership skills
Other experience, etc. that you would like to have if possible:
Experience in 5S activities and KYT activities at production sites
Knowledge of quality control
