Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


⚫ Responsible for achieving and maximizing sales objectives per product/service line with sales managers through
➢ Technical presentation and demonstration
➢ Requirement analysis and value proposition against competitors
➢ Verification of proposed methods or processes
➢ Implementation support
⚫ Proactively absorb tangible/latent needs of customers and elaborate solutions with the sales team and product development division (HQ)
⚫ Report activities/issues to line manager on a weekly basis in a structured manner
⚫ Collaborate with Marketing to reflect customer needs in business plans
⚫ Provide high-quality and timely technical support to attain customer satisfaction
⚫ Engaged in continuous skill improvement by taking training programs offered by the company as well as self-development.

Requirements

Preferred Requirements:


Education and Work Experience
⚫ Bachelor's degree in engineering
⚫ Three or more years of experience as a FEA / FEM / Multi-Body System engineer in the automotive industry and/or relevant CAE distributor
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
⚫ Ability to execute FEA / FEM / Multi-Body System simulations in either of the following applications
➢ Durability and Strength Analysis on mechanical system for ICE (Internal Combustion Engine)
➢ Tribology on lubricated contact application for ICE
➢ NVH application for both ICE and Electrified power train
➢ Design for components of Powertrain and Transmission
➢ Mechanical and Thermal Analysis
➢ Lubricated Fluid dynamics for Powertrain
➢ pre- and post-processing and FE solver for FE Modeling application
➢ FEA solver (Nastran, Abaqus, etc)
⚫ Capable of programming for Python and C/C++
⚫ Windows and Linux
⚫ Excellent time management, presentation, and interpersonal skills
⚫ Ability to continuously learn
⚫ Professional appearance
⚫ English: business
Work Environment
⚫ Extensive travel may be required.
