Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities coordination, corporate operations, or premium hospitality services within a corporate environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing external vendor relationships (janitorial, facilities, catering).
  • Strong analytical skills to identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and vendors.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, workplace ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow), and modern AI productivity tools.
  • Experience coordinating onsite events, meetings, and executive visits.
  • Ability to develop and maintain detailed documentation for operational processes and metrics.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Background in space planning, occupancy analytics, or future workplace strategy.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and compliance standards.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in facilities or operations roles in fast-paced corporate environments.

Other Requirements:

  • This role is onsite in San Francisco, CA.
  • Contract duration: 6 months, with an immediate start preferred.
  • W2 employment only; no C2C arrangements accepted.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
