This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and driving growth across both new and existing accounts. It’s not a traditional BDM role, the focus is on understanding customers, uncovering opportunities and increasing the value delivered to key accounts, as well as building new relationships.

The Role
- Manage and grow relationships across new and existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and revenue.
- Engage with key stakeholders and proactively generate meetings.
- Work closely with senior management.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and customer needs.
- Look for ways to improve account performance, customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
About You
- Some industry knowledge in chemical.
- Commercially driven and naturally curious.
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Strong at asking questions and uncovering customer needs.
- Proactive, personable and relationship-focused.
- Comfortable identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
- Experienced working with larger or complex accounts.
- A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams and markets.
