HR Manager – People Experience & Engagement (Group Level)

A large global enterprise within the specialist services sector is seeking an experienced Employee Experience professional to join its Group HR team.

Description

The successful candidate will lead group-wide initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement. This includes strengthening the Employer Value Proposition, improving key employee lifecycle touchpoints, and generating actionable insights through engagement surveys and people analytics. The role will also support the advancement of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across business entities to deliver meaningful and consistent people experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Group HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement, with a focus on strengthening employer branding, embedding the Employer Value Proposition across entities, and identifying opportunities for external recognition.
  • Partner closely with entity HR teams to design and execute employee lifecycle initiatives, including onboarding enhancements, ensuring local relevance while maintaining alignment with Group strategy.
  • Oversee the employee engagement survey process, including planning, implementation, analysis and presentation of findings, with clear follow-through on entity-level action plans and feedback monitoring.
  • Champion a workplace culture that promotes Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging in line with the organization’s broader people strategy.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to employee network groups to foster a stronger sense of belonging, inclusion and equity across the organization.
  • Support people analytics and data governance activities to ensure accurate, meaningful insights that inform decisions and enhance the employee experience.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects aligned with the organization’s people strategy and broader business priorities.

What You'll Need

  1. Functional and other Relevant Experience
  • 8+ years of HR experience, with global or regional exposure highly preferred.
  • Experience in employer branding would be advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience executing HR projects across the employee lifecycle, including talent attraction initiatives.

  1. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
  • A recognized university degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI and Canva would be an advantage.
