About the Role

This is an initial 2 month contract, with strong scope for extension with 2 x 1 year extensions available. You'll be responsible for designing and developing cloud-based applications that process, analyse, and present operational data while working within an established AWS environment.

• Design and develop applications for data processing and analytics using AWS cloud services.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Python, C#, SQL, and scripting technologies.
• Integrate with existing architecture, data sources, interfaces, and analytics platforms.
• Develop prototypes and production solutions based on business requirements and user feedback.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and support.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, and technical stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

About You

You'll be an experienced developer with strong cloud engineering skills and a passion for building practical, data-driven solutions.

• Extensive experience developing enterprise applications in cloud environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C#, SQL, Linux scripting, or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, EC2, S3, Kinesis, and API Gateway.
• Experience working with database platforms and data integration, including Snowflake.
• Ability to work across existing enterprise architectures while following security and development standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Must have full Australian working rights and be willing to commit to hybrid working in Brisbane CBD
