- 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent within commercial drywall, metal framing, ceilings or interior construction.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and sequencing.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple crews on complex commercial projects.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is beneficial but not essential.
