- Manage marketing communications and operations across Medical and Commercial teams.
- Plan and execute seminars, webinars, congresses, and face-to-face events.
- Create and update marketing materials and digital content.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives and improve customer experience (CX).
- Manage marketing budget, contracts, vendors, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Regulatory, and Legal to ensure compliant marketing activities.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies/vendors.
- Report to the Marketing Manager, Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects.
- Organize seminars, speaker logistics, contracts, and webinar execution.
- Develop and maintain promotional materials, brochures, banners, and branded assets.
- Update website content and digital marketing channels.
- Work with creative agencies and third-party media partners.
- Manage marketing inventory and virtual asset libraries.
- Process invoices, HCP payments, purchase orders, and budget tracking.
- Analyze digital marketing ROI and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support PR and communication initiatives.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Science, Marketing, Business, or related) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, medical, commercial, or related roles.
- Strong marketing and project management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working with vendors and external agencies.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English (written and spoken).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Must already have authorization to work in Japan (no visa sponsorship).
Employment & Compensation
- Permanent employment with a 3-month probation period.
- One-month resignation notice.
- Occasional overtime, weekend, or holiday work as business requires.
- Salary: ¥7.1M – ¥11.7M base salary.
- Bonus eligibility.
- Includes assumed overtime (30 hours/month or 10 midnight hours/month depending on role).
