Senior Services Manager – Tier 2 Builder
Our client is a highly regarded Australian Tier 2 builder delivering major projects across the health, commercial, education, government and residential sectors. The business is known for its collaborative culture, high-quality project delivery and long-standing client relationships.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Services Manager to join their team, working across major new build projects in Western Sydney valued up to $400M.
This role will see you take a lead role in managing all aspects of building services delivery, from design coordination and procurement through to construction, commissioning and handover. Working closely with the Project Director, consultants and subcontractors, you will be responsible for driving programme, quality and technical outcomes across complex services packages.

This role will see you take a lead role in managing all aspects of building services delivery, from design coordination and procurement through to construction, commissioning and handover. Working closely with the Project Director, consultants and subcontractors, you will be responsible for driving programme, quality and technical outcomes across complex services packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and coordination of all building services packages, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and communications
- Oversee services design development, identifying coordination, buildability and value engineering opportunities
- Manage services procurement, subcontractor engagement, programme and performance
- Coordinate services delivery between consultants, subcontractors and construction teams
- Oversee commissioning, testing, quality assurance, compliance and final handover
- Provide technical leadership, resolve complex services issues and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Senior Services Manager or experienced Services Manager with a head contractor in Australia
- Strong background delivering major new build commercial, health or technically complex projects
- Excellent technical understanding across all major building services disciplines
- Experience managing services packages from design and procurement through to commissioning and handover
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Building Services or Construction
