Overview
Join a dynamic, rapidly expanding public company as an International Payroll Specialist, where your expertise will directly contribute to streamlining global payroll operations during a transformative growth phase. In this critical role, you will leverage your deep payroll knowledge, particularly your CPP designation, to own and optimize international payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions. Your proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail will ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, helping the organization maintain its momentum and uphold its commitment to employee satisfaction and regulatory adherence.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5-7+ years payroll experience, ideally exceeding 10 years, with a strong background in multi-jurisdictional payroll management
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation strongly preferred
- Extensive experience working with public company payroll environments, including audit readiness and compliance
- Proven expertise in processing complex payouts such as equity (RSU/ESPP) and variable compensation (bonuses, commissions)
- Skilled in managing payroll for multiple regions, including the U.S., Singapore, India, and other international locations
- Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now payroll software
- Experience with payroll reconciliation, audits, and implementing controls to mitigate risks
- Familiarity with FLSA non-exempt classification, time tracking, and related compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and automation in payroll workflows
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with payroll integration projects and system automation tools
- Knowledge of international payroll legislation and tax requirements beyond primary regions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Previous experience working in IPO or high-growth public companies
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
- 10+ years of comprehensive payroll management experience in a multi-regional or international setting
- Prior experience in a senior or lead payroll role within a public company environment

- Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling
- Ability to start within two weeks of offer acceptance
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting requiring quick turnaround and accuracy
- Engagement in a two-round video interview process (Zoom)
