Azure, M365 & Copilot

Location: Hong Kong

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Solutions Architect to lead the design, integration and continued development of a global Microsoft technology ecosystem.

This is a strategic, hands-on architecture role covering Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Copilot and Copilot Studio. You will act as an internal solutions consultant, translating complex business requirements into secure, scalable and integrated Microsoft platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Develop architectural roadmaps, standards and integration patterns across cloud, identity, data, security and workplace technologies.
• Assess organisational readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot, including permissions, data protection, sensitivity labels, DLP and access controls.
• Identify practical use cases for Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot and Azure AI services.
• Design or oversee Copilot Studio agents, connectors and Power Platform workflow automation.
• Establish security and identity standards across Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC and privileged access management.
• Optimise global workplace services including Teams, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender and Microsoft Purview.
• Act as a senior technical escalation point, providing architecture reviews, technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Partner with regional and global technology, security, compliance and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across infrastructure, enterprise technology, systems engineering or digital workplace transformation.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong understanding of how Azure, M365, security, productivity, Power Platform and AI technologies integrate within an enterprise environment.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot or Copilot readiness assessments.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, Microsoft Graph grounding, Entra ID, data protection, audit, retention and sensitivity labels.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform and enterprise workflow automation is highly desirable.
• Strong Azure infrastructure knowledge across compute, storage, networking, monitoring and ExpressRoute.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender XDR, hybrid identity and M365 enterprise administration.
• Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python or Bash.
• Strong stakeholder management, documentation and technical communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English. Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be advantageous.
