We are partnering with a well-established construction company to find a skilled Contracts Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable team working on large-scale civil projects within the bulk earthworks division.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing all contractual and financial aspects of projects for civil projects
  • Progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts
  • Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
  • Supporting bulk earthworks division with accurate reporting and administration
  • Conducting site visits to support project progress and contract management
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in civil construction projects, preferably within bulk earthworks
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration processes and documentation
  • Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub-contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements
  • Ability to conduct site visits and liaise with on-site teams effectively
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline (preferred).
