Summary

The Operations Director will be responsible for developing and executing operational strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. This role will oversee service delivery, financial management, team development, and process optimization while ensuring scalability and sustainability in operations.

Key Responsibilities


Operational Strategy & Execution

  • Define and execute short- and long-term operational strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate client and staff experiences.
  • Ensure service delivery meets quality standards and aligns with client expectations.

Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of 12 employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts and ensure new hires align with company values.
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development to prepare employees for leadership roles.


Financial Oversight & Budget Management

  • Manage the operational budget, ensuring spending aligns with company objectives.
  • Regularly review financial statements and KPIs to monitor profitability and optimize costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.


Project Management & Delivery

  • Oversee all internal projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and initiatives.


Technology & Systems Management

  • Optimize operational tools and software for efficiency.
  • Leverage data collection and analytics to monitor KPIs and inform decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for automation to improve processes and reduce errors.


Client & Stakeholder Relationships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide transparent communication across teams and deliver operational reports to the executive team.


Compliance & Legal Responsibilities

  • Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Regularly update and enforce policies to maintain smooth and legal operations.


Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement feedback loops for process improvements.
  • Use data-driven insights to drive operational decisions and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • 8–10 years of experience in operations leadership, with a proven track record of driving results
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and overseeing budgets


Compensation

  • Full-time Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • On-track earnings (OTE) 1st year: $200,000+/year
  • Bonus potential
  • W-2
