Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Client Success Manager for one of our clients! They are a Financial Marketing Agency that helps individuals become profitable business loan brokers. Our client provides several different programs which includes:

 Full training on  how to become a business loan broker

 A comprehensive mentorship and structured coaching program 

Help members scale into high 6 or 7 figures as an organization

Ongoing training lead generation and marketing automation, YouTube advertising, business credit building & more!

They are revolutionizing the alternative lending industry by empowering  individual Business Loan Brokers to help them reach six and seven figures in their businesses. Their members already generated tens of millions of dollars through the proven system that their company provides.  people quit their jobs and become hyper profitable entrepreneurs.

The President of the company is a multiple seven figure business owner and consultant to thousands of individuals, helping them create and design their dream lives through building successful businesses. He is regularly featured on publications such as Entrepreneur and Huffington Post. He’s also the author of 2 books and speaks at national and international events several times a year. Structure & Compensation

    -  Full Time & Remote Opportunity

    -  $48,000 to $60,000  USD Per Salary (Depends on Experience)

    - In Addition to the Salary There Is Quarterly Bonus Based on        

        Achievements OTE North of $60,000 +

    -  W2 Position, Paid Time Off + Sick Leave, 401K offer coming soon

Day to Day

• Scheduling one on one zoom calls with any new clients who purchased our program.
• Providing a personalized walk through of all the benefits and the features the program has to offer. 
• Reaching out to old clients via email and phone and re-engaged them through phone calls and zoom calls to get them to participate in the program. 
• Work on improving our level of transparent communication with the clients.
• Always finding unique ways to help more people reach success with the program.

Required Skill Set & Experience

• 2+ years account management or client support
• Impeccable verbal and communication skills. 
• Advanced understanding and experience of online marketing. 
• The ability to work independently as the opportunity is fully remote, however also part of a team when required. 
• Prior coaching and exposure to consultation would be a major plus. 
• Highly compassionate and empathic; while remaining cooperative, and engaging in active listening skills. 
• Upbeat energy and positive mental outlook to encourage and lift student engagement and success. 
• The ability to work tirelessly toward meeting and exceeding the metrics.
