Warehouse Operator – Day Shift
Location: Truganina, VIC
Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Chandler Macleod is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Labourers / Tugger Operators to join a busy cold storage operation in Truganina.
This is a hands-on role working in a chiller environment (approximately -6°C), ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

This is a hands-on role working in a chiller environment (approximately -6°C), ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Key Duties
- Operating a Crown Tugger - (previous exp ideal)
- Using RF scanners
- Container unloading and loading
- Repetitive manual handling
- Picking and warehouse support tasks
- Following site safety procedures and quality standards
- Previous warehouse experience
- RF scanning experience
- Experience operating a Crown Tugger highly regarded
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 27kg repeatedly
- Comfortable working in a cold environment (6°C)
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Strong work ethic and ability to work within a team
- Must be able to pass a National Police Check
- Ongoing Monday–Friday work
- Consistent day shift hours
