We are seeking a People Operations Coordinator to provide responsive HR support to employees and leaders. This role will manage HR queries, contracts, employee records and day-to-day People Operations activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage employee and manager HR enquiries.
- Prepare employment contracts and variations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Provide support on policies, procedures and Enterprise Agreement entitlements.
- Assist with HR administration, reporting, compliance and projects.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Systems and broader HR teams.
About you:
- Experience in HR coordination or People Operations.
- Strong Microsoft Office and data management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of Enterprise Agreements or public sector HR is desirable.
