We’re seeking an Application Support Administrator to support the delivery of Change and Release activities across key systems. This role involves deploying, configuring, and maintaining applications while ensuring smooth operations across UAT and Production environments.
  • 3 months contract with a possibility of extension
  • Work across UAT & Production environments
  • Exposure to enterprise systems and tools
 
🔧 Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting release and change activities across environments
  • Managing application deployments and configurations
  • Maintaining version control and overseeing scheduled jobs
  • Monitoring tasks, identifying potential risks, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Working closely with stakeholders to provide reliable support
Core requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with version control across test and production environments
  • Understanding of job scheduling tools and processes
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, and Excel
  • Awareness of environment controls and operational processes
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
💡 Nice to have:
  • Basic SQL knowledge (SQL Server / Oracle)
  • Exposure to ITSM tools such as Alemba
  • Familiarity with JIRA
  • Experience with Autosys scheduling and monitoring
