An exciting opportunity has become available for a Field Sales Engineer to join their Adelaide-based team.
This customer-facing role will focus on developing and managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical expertise to customers throughout the sales process. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth while building strong, long-term relationships across a diverse customer base throughout South Australia.
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of customer accounts across South Australia.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Provide technical sales support and product recommendations to customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximise revenue growth.
- Work closely with internal technical and customer support teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain strong market awareness and identify emerging opportunities within key industries.
- Proven background in technical sales and account management.
- Engineering degree or similar technical qualification.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a Field Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, Account Management, or similar role.
- Strong ability to develop customer relationships and influence key decision-makers.
- Commercially driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.
- Valid Australian driver's licence.
