With a full order book and continued growth in the data centre and health markets, they are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join their high?performing pre?construction team.

• Break down drawings and specifications to detail all required materials, plant and equipment

• Work closely with construction teams to forecast progress rates, programme impacts and cost implications

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, incorporating overheads, risk allowances and profit margins

• Develop and present tender submissions for major projects

• Track, analyse and store cost data to continually improve pricing accuracy

• Operate in a fast?paced tender environment where workload and deadlines fluctuate with market demand

This role is predominantly office?based and requires someone who thrives in a high?performance, deadline?driven environment.

• Extensive estimating experience tendering for public sector or large?scale commercial/government projects

• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight tender deadlines

• A meticulous, detail?driven approach with strong analytical capability

• A proactive, collaborative mindset — someone who works seamlessly with construction, design and commercial teams

• Strong proficiency in MS Office and estimating platforms such as Buildsoft

• Tertiary or trade background — both are welcome. What matters is your ability to deliver accurate, competitive tenders and support projects that finish on time, on budget and to a high standard.
