Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing team based in Alexandria. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to manage a national rollout of bank fitouts. The role involves working closely with a team of four other project managers in a vibrant, young, and supportive environment, offering excellent work-life balance.

• Oversee and manage the national rollout of bank fitouts from initial planning through to completion

• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all aspects of the project are on track, on time, and within budget

• Liaise with key stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

• Provide regular project updates to senior management

• Proven experience in project management with a strong background in commercial fitouts, particularly within the banking sector

• Demonstrated experience managing fitout projects valued up to $1M in New South Wales

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and subcontractors

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Local NSW experience essential
