Architectural Drafter

One of Australia's leading fit-out specialists with strong relationships with some of Australia's biggest blue-chip companies. Recently won a new client to deliver several commercial fit-out projects.

The Benefits

• $45 - $55 ph + Super (dependant on experience)
• Minimum 3 - 6 months duration, 40hrs per week

The Role
Reporting to the lead architect, the Architectural Draftsperson will be joining a skilled, close-knit team working on a fast-paced ongoing project. Duties will include:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings using REVIT software
• Assist in the development of project specifications and construction documents.
• Collaborate with architects and design teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and adhere to relevant codes and standards.
• Revise drawings and documents based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain organised project files and documentation for easy access and reference.

The Requirements

• Relevant Architectural drafting qualifications
• Familiar with producing technical drawings within construction fit-outs, alterations and additions
• Drafting knowledge of Flooring Finishes and Reflected ceiling plans including essential services
• Local Australian experience including council submission high advantageous
• Proficiency in Revit software (strong knowledge of schedules, phases, families etc)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Unlimited Australian working rights and located within Metro Sydney (essential)
