I am currently helping our Client seeking a Business Analyst to join the team in Hong Kong.
Your role
- Develop a strong understanding of key features of digital products, with a focus on utilizing digital tools for business operations and sharing this knowledge with internal users.
- Visit agents’ offices to address basic inquiries and resolve technical issues related to digital tools.
- Promote new digital features and tools to agents to enhance their experience and efficiency.
- Collect and document outstanding questions from agents, and communicate these to the IT helpdesk team for follow-up.
- Maintain a database of frequently asked questions and answers, coordinating with the IT team to validate and update this information.
- Manage team scheduling to ensure coverage for all assigned tasks within defined scope.
Should have
- Exposure to insurance projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with document management systems and text formatting tools.
- Proficient in collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
- Strong written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of insurance terminology is preferred.
