- Manage a specified Customer ADAS product development in Japan to align with global team as a supervisor position.
- Manage EPLs task progress, action items, issues, scheudle management and provide necessary technical support to them.
- Customer management: Understand customer expectation, and manage customer milestones, events and design review not to slip dead line. Customer negotiation included
- Manage engineering deliverables/documents with global team to each milestone
- Implement past lessons&learned
- Engineering staffs management including rating
Requirements
Education Requirements
•Bachelors Degree or higher in Engineering. Electrical/Computer Engineering preferred.
- Fluent in English and Japanese (TOEIC score above 800).
Experience and Skill Requirements
•At least 15-20 years of experience in Automotive ECU related product development and validatin experience.
- Automotive related product design experience is preferred.
-.Task management skill, able to manage and prioritize multiple jobs in parallel.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese on technical subjects both in oral and writing, to work with global team members and customers.
