Fresh Food Area Manager - Munster

As a Fresh Food Area Manager reporting to the Head of Retail, you will manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of the stores located in the Munster area by overseeing all operational aspects of Fresh Food for each store, driving sales, and minimising costs.

I am recruiting on behalf of a leading retail client for an experienced Fresh Food Area Manager to oversee multiple stores and drive sales, profitability, food quality, and operational excellence across all fresh food departments.

What you will bring:
• Proven senior fresh food or regional management experience
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on sales, margins, and waste control
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Full driving licence
