Senior Recuitment Consultant (Information Technology)

We're growing our Cloud, DevOps & Infrastructure division and looking for an 
experienced recruiter who knows how to build relationships, win business and grow a successful desk.
  
Based in Perth CBD, you'll have the opportunity to build on an established 
market, work with leading organisations across Western Australia and take your career in a new direction.
  
The opportunity
You'll manage a specialist recruitment desk across Cloud, Infrastructure and DevOps, partnering with clients across mining, energy, government, utilities, education and commercial sectors.
You'll be responsible for:

• Building client relationships and winning new business.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment assignments.
• Developing networks of high-calibre technology professionals.
• Taking ownership of your desk, with the support and autonomy to 
  make it your own.

You'll have the backing of an experienced leadership team, established client relationships and dedicated marketing and operational support.
  
About you
You're an experienced agency recruiter who knows how to build relationships, develop business and deliver commercial results.
Technology recruitment experience is welcome, but not essential. If you've built a successful desk in another specialist market, we're keen to hear from you.
You'll bring:

• A proven track record in agency recruitment.
• Strong business development and client management skills.
• Commercial drive and confidence managing the full recruitment 
  lifecycle.
• A proactive, accountable approach with a genuine interest in building something long-term.
