The Role

Working alongside an experienced team member, you will coordinate a portfolio of community programs, grants and events, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining excellent service to families, community partners and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate community programs, initiatives, grants and events
• Manage the end-to-end administration of grant applications and payments
• Liaise with families, schools, healthcare providers, suppliers and community partners
• Monitor program budgets, timelines and reporting requirements
• Maintain accurate information within the grants management system
• Assist with reporting to senior leadership and funding partners
• Support continuous improvement of programs and identify opportunities for future initiatives
• Contribute to the successful delivery of community-focused events and projects

Skills Required

You will have experience coordinating grant programs or projects within the community, health, disability or not-for-profit sectors and be able to demonstrate:

• Experience working with grants, funding programs or community initiatives
• Experience coordinating multiple programs or projects simultaneously
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Confidence using CRM or grants management systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a supportive team
• A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children, families and communities
