Sales Professional – Concrete Construction | Central Florida

Maschmeyer Concrete, an independently owned industry leader with 80+ years of success, is hiring a motivated Sales Professional to drive business growth and build strong customer relationships across Central Florida. This hybrid role combines time in the field and office, working directly on job sites, in plants, and with general contractors to develop new accounts, support bids, and grow revenue.

In the first several months, you’ll gain hands-on training across operations, technical knowledge, and customer service. After onboarding, you’ll lead your own accounts, manage bidding efforts, and focus on business development—opening new relationships and consistently winning work.

What we’re looking for:

Strong interpersonal and sales skills, confidence in the field, self-motivation, and the ability to balance relationship-building with administrative responsibilities. Construction or concrete industry experience is helpful but not required—training is provided. Sales or marketing background preferred.
