An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Structural Engineer to join a well-regarded Projects team delivering a diverse portfolio of technically challenging and meaningful projects across Victoria and beyond.

This role would suit someone with a strong consulting background who enjoys taking ownership of projects, collaborating with clients and design teams, and contributing to the delivery of practical, high-quality engineering solutions.

The Opportunity

Working within a highly experienced structural team, you will be involved in the design and delivery of a wide variety of projects across multiple sectors, including:

• Schools and educational facilities
• Aged care developments
• Hospitals and healthcare projects
• Civic and community buildings
• Industrial facilities
• Large-scale residential developments

Projects typically involve a combination of reinforced concrete and structural steel design, offering excellent variety and technical depth.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

• Proven experience as a Structural Engineer within the Victorian or broader Australian consulting market.
• Strong technical capability in the design of concrete and steel structures.
• Exposure to a broad range of building projects across multiple sectors.
• The ability to manage projects from concept through to completion.
• Experience coordinating with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to delivering quality outcomes for clients.
